Rated 1 out of 5 by SO not for oily skin!!! I'm really not sure why this is marketed for oily skin. I purchased this when my Teint Idole was changed to a new formula. After reading horrible reviews of the new formula from people like me who had been using it for years, I figured I'd try this one since it says it's best for normal to oily skin. I have only combination skin and when I first put this on in the morning, I thought it was decent except it was extremely liquidy. But, less than a few hours later my face felt so disgusting from the makeup seeping into my pores that I could hardly wait to get home and wash my face. When I looked in the mirror, my whole face was extremely greasy! More so than not wearing any makeup at all. I even tried to use it for a few more days, but it was the same. Needless to say I returned it. 1/17/13

Rated 5 out of 5 by The Best Foundation I Have Ever Used Wow! I ordered this recently, on a whim. I was in the market for a new foundation, having been not-so-crazy about my previous one. I've been wearing foundation for 25 years, and it's been a relentless pursuit all that time, which has now finally come to an end!! I have never been able to find a beautiful velvety-matte foundation that controls oil without cracking when I smile, feathering, flaking, or looking really dry and harsh. This foundation accomplishes that perfect balance between matte and soft. It controls shine in the T-zone, yet looks soft and radiant where I'm dry. And, the finish is so much like skin, that it doesn't even look like I'm wearing make-up. The color is perfect - I'm really fair and bought the lightest shade. Usually, foundation winds-up looking orange on me, or too beige, or too chalky-white. This is absolutely perfect. If you're fair-skinned and constantly on the hunt for that perfect shade, I recommend this foundation in the lightest color. It's a soft, natural-looking porcelain. I can't say enough great things about it - I gave it 5 stars on everything but value - because I think the tube is a little small for the price. 10/26/12
