THIS PROUDUCT IS A MUST HAVE AS A LAST STEP IN CLEANSING .
IT REMOVES ANY RESIDUE AND DEAD SKIN CELLS LEAVING MY SKIN SOFT, CLEAN AND READY FOR MY MOISTUIZER. AFTER USING IT MY MOISTUIZER GOES ON SO NICE AND I FEEL LIKE MY SKIN IS FRESH AND CLEAN.

This is the best toner I have ever tried. It cleans your skin deeply and effectively. But it doesn't dries up your skin. I have a combination type skin and it works perfect for me. Strongly recommended.

I just received my order today and upon first use this product caused my face to burn and sting quite painfully. To add insult to injury it left my skin feeling oily, filmy and my pores felt clogged, with an overall gooey, sticky feeling.
I am sadly disappointed, as after having tried and loved so many of the Lancome products I had decided to switch from my favourite cleanser and toner brand to the Lancome brand to complement my Lancome skin care regime...I will never recommend this product, the #2 ingredient in it is alcohol among other things, and this was/is not mentioned in the product information on the site.
This was my first order directly to Lancome, I think I will deal in store from now on upon learning that in order to send it back I have to pay the shipping. Not impressed.
