This product is the absolute best eye makeup remover there is on the market. It erases eye makeup completely without irritation to the eyes. It's also not greasy or gross feeling. I use about a dime size amount on a cotton pad, and it takes off all my eye makeup from both eyes. It removes waterproof mascara with ease. No hard rubbing or scrubbing at you eyes necessary. I've tried many eye makeup removers before trying this one when I received a sample with one of my Lancome orders. I'm so happy I found this. I won't go to another product. Worth every penny.

BiFacil is the best eye makeup remover hands down. One quick swipe with a cotton ball is all it takes. It dissolves even the most stubborn waterproof makeup without pulling and tugging, yet does NOT leave a greasy residue or sting the eyes. I have tried many others and always, always come back to Lancome!

This product is hands down the best on the market! never leaves a film and removes so fast you don't need to rub excessively as with other products, which lessens the irritation to the eyes!

Bought 2 so far and it does a great job for removing my eye makeup !
I love having waterproof mascara and other brand that i bought before could not help me to cleanse my lashes. Great product! Would be nice if it could be cheaper! Thanks lancome!
