Rated 5 out of 5 by Great coverage and doesn't cause breakouts Started using this product a few months ago, and I love, love, LOVE it!!! I have had awful acne since I was in college (turning 30 next month) and have just found a skin care regime that has tamed the flare-ups. This foundation not only goes on easily and effortlessly, but it covers my problem areas and leaves my face with a flawless, natural appearance. My mother even stopped me to ask if I was wearing make-up, because I haven't gone a day in public without it since college. She does not wear make-up and has never promoted me doing so, but was extremely impressed by the natural effect this foundation had. As I said, I have found the right routine to control my acne, and this has not caused any further breakouts whatsoever. The only complaint I would have is that it was advertised to me as not rubbing off...I have seen a couple spots where I have gotten foundation on something, but it has always been very late in the day, after my skin has gotten oily, and after I have had the make-up on without touching up for 12 or more hours. I LOVE IT!! I have always used "drug store" type foundation marketed to help clear my acne, but this has been so much better! Even though the price is considerably higher, the value for the greater amount of product matters so much more. 6/6/12
Rated 1 out of 5 by Bring back the 14 hour teint idole! Hate this new product. I used the 14 H teint idole for as long as I can remember and this new product is not the same! It is thick and sticks in every pore and fine line. It is not as good of a finish ad the old and feels awful on as well. I hate it! I always freshen up makeup after a work day before going out later in the evening and it still needs to be done with this new stuff. I also think that it has lead to a few breakouts. Awful product and I will not purchase it again. Lancôme just lost a foundation customer of about 20 years! Bring the 14h teint idole back and I will come back! 5/30/12
Rated 1 out of 5 by Why did you have to ruin a perfect product? Teint Idole 12 was a perfect silky foundation with a beautiful finish. Its replacement, Teint Idole Ultra 24H has none of those qualities. This product is thick and pasty and I feel like I'm wearing old fashioned pancake makeup. The color match is poor as the recommended replacement color is NOT the same (I previously used Bisque 2 with TI12 formula was a gorgeous color with a lively tone and the new color march recommended for TI24 contains more yellow and is dull). Lancome - bring back the previous formula. 5/30/12

The new formula feels sticky, heavy and does not have that smooth satin finish the original had. In addition, the new formula emphasizes fine lines. I think the new formula would work for super young flawless skin with no signs of aging. I wish Lancome would consider offering both 12 hour original formula and the new for individuals who have fallen in love with it. Just a thought. If you look through the reviews, there are alot of loyal users who agree! 5/28/12
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not a better product. I don't understand why the previous version had to be discontinued. It was perfect. I had been using it exclusively since it came out. Now I have to find a new foundation because this one makes my skin over dry. Certainly it lasts and has good coverage, but it does not work for me. I guess that if you have extremely oily skin, it might be a good product but the other one was better. 5/27/12
