BiFacil is a god send!!!! Honestly, It really works the best, especially for the delicate skin around my 52 yr. old eyes! It is so gentle, and does NOT burn my eyes. As an added bonus it seems to moisturize the delicate eye area also, i cannot live without this product, thanks to you for creating it.

This is the absolute best eye-makeup remover I have ever used! It isn't greasy, and removes mascara with just a couple of swipes. It is very gentle and doesn't cause any eye irritation. I'll never switch to another remover!

I love how gentle it is when it removes my make up.It says that it's perfect for your eyes'area but I found it 's perfect for your face too. I had tried so many other make up remover from other brands but when I found this, I know that I will stick with it forever.

No matter what I purchase after using Bi-Facil, I always end up coming back!
It seems a little expensive for an eye make up remover but it does last a long time. I have tried to find a dupe for this but other brands just do not work the same for me.
No irritation whatsoever and takes off my most stubborn waterproof mascaras and eye makeup by simply shake, saturate cotton pad, and gently wipe off!
The only downfall of this amazing product is the packaging. Sometimes it drips on the side when I open and it leaves a somewhat sticky residue. Also, pouring the right amount can be a challenge at times, due to the design of the bottle. I think it would be helpful to add a measured pump dispenser that can be found on certain toners/nail polish removers.
I will not venture anymore and repurchase this over and over again as long as I wear eye make up. Highly recommended :D

This removes everything. I use to wear Covergirl Marathon Mascara. It was such a waterproof mascara that I could not get it off with my other 5 various makeup removers. Bi-Facil was the only makeup remover that worked on this particular mascara I found. It removes so gently too. Bi-Facil is the only makeup remover I will ever buy now. Just make sure to tip it back and forth before use so that you don't end up only getting half of what Bi-Facil is. The only negative I have to say is the price and the fact that the bottle got smaller over 5 years. About 5 -6 years ago, the bottle was bigger and carried, I would have to say, almost 2 FL OZ more.
