Rated 2 out of 5 by Not my favorite The texture of this product is not the greatest and you will not use each product at the same rate. Go for Renergie lift eye cream and effacernes concealer instead. I love everything Lancome, except this. 2/25/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it but! I love this product, very good moisturizing around the eyes. the cover up does and excellent job of covering my dark circles. I wish you were able to replace the cream without the concealer because you use it much faster. I do love the product. 2/2/12
Rated 1 out of 5 by IRRITATING TO THE DELICATE SKIN AROUND THE EYES During the time I used this product, my eyes were very irritated, dry, and itchy. They teared constantly. The area around my eyes actually seemed to get worse - the circles darker, the wrinkles more apparent. The cover-up looked unnatural and settled into the lines around my eyes. Because it was not providing the moisture I needed, I finally switched to another product (not Lancome.) Voila! My eyes stopped tearing on the first use, the irritation was gone, and the area under my eyes seemed to improve overnight. I've trusted Lancome for years to test and provide quality products to their customers so this is a very disappointing experience. Hopefully, I can return this for a full refund. 1/21/12
Rated 1 out of 5 by Sensitive Eye's Stay Away! Love Lancome and have been using many of their products for 30 years! However, this product is the worst. It made my eyes dry, puffy when I had no puffiness to begin with. It made my eyes burn and itch. If you have sensitive eyes in the least do yourself a favor and buy another Lancome eye cream. I'm moving on to Absolu eye to see if that one works. 12/17/11
Rated 1 out of 5 by Awful product! I did not realize that the eye cream was not my original Renergie Eye but a different fornulation. I should have noticed what it said under Renergie Eye in the photo before I ordered it. I find it sticky and nothing at all like the original. The "concealer" part is awful too, great that it has sun protection in it but it is very chalky looking. I cannot even wear the eye cream part with makeup because it's texture is just awful. Lancome stopped making my Primordial Night which made me so mad because I loved it. They sent me a full size bottle of their new product Visionnaire after I sent an email of complaint. I have loved Lancome for years and even at my age I am still told I have beautiful skin even without makeup. 12/10/11
