loved the original, and this is even better. the brush is bigger and better, which means this wand will grab every single lash and micro-lash you have. the button is very easy to use (not sure why it's awkward to some) and overall my application is so much quicker and thicker than anything i've ever tried.

I do not ever want to wear another brand of mascara, nothing compares! The button on the end of the tube is great for me, it is not awkward or uncomfortable.

I've been using this mascara since it was first introduced. For the most part, it works great. My only problem is, when it's time to replace the tube, the mascara gets flakely. If you replace it quickly, then you won't have any trouble but if you try to stretch it, it gets to be an issue. Given the price, you want it to last as long as possible. I spend a lot of money on mascara(I love mascara!!!) and shop around a lot. I keep coming back to this one.

Though I love Lancome and their mascara is great, once again they placed the button the very end of the wand. It is extremely uncomfortable and very awkward to use. There were many complaints about this very thing with the 1st version. I literally do not know one woman who holds the wand at the very end with her fingers positioned so that this would ever be a good configuration.
YOUR PRODUCT IS GOOD - THE CONCEPT IS GREAT - THE END RESULT IS HORRIBLE - RECONFIGURE!!!!!!
