Yes, these are only sold in the US and Canada. If you look on lancome.co.uk, you'll find the Ombre Hypnose Mono shadows in place of the Color Design. I'm not sure what color would best compare to Zip Me Up. Maybe Violine Tresor or Violet Divin?

Honeymoon. It is a little more beige and has the beautiful shimmer. I think you will find this is a great substitution.

Vue is a great color to use as a highlighter or on the inside of your eyes.
I wear mine with plum and dark brown and I have brown eyes. For bule eyes, try it with a pretty bronze. That will make your eyes look even bluer!
