I am on a restricted diet and cannot have any make-up, lotions, etc that have any oil at all - also no minerals

This foundation is not oil-based, nor is it a mineral foundation. As a matter of fact, it contains two oil-absorbing ingredients that help keep the finish 'true' all day long. It seems that Teint Idole Ultra 24H would suit you perfectly.

I would call a Lancome rep at a department store such as Neiman Marcus or Bloomingdales. SInce cosmetic counter reps work with customers on daily basis, they will be able to suggest a color equivalent as well as offer additional insight. For example, they may suggest that you purchase a shade lighter if customers have noted that the color oxidizes.
