You could use them together, especially if you really wanted to focus on darkness. However if you wanted to layer with another eye cream I would use something else so you could get more results. I couldn't wait to get the new light pearl, but still have some of my old "classic" Genifique eye, so I've been doing light pearl in the morning and Genifique eye at night and using High Resolution eye after both in the am and pm. This way I get maximum depuffing, dark circle fading and wrinkle reducing.Gender: Female

For me i do not see any reason as to why Genefique Pearl would be made "NOT" to be used with the original Genefique "eye" or any other Lancome eye product,treatment ect. I say this as I find Genefique Pearl is created with a great patened applicator that can only add to aid in more faster absorption. I use it in the am to bring an alert look and feel to this area, and use it in the pm be applying to my under optical bone prior to sleep and after applying original Genefique and the 2 meet and create the perfect receipe for me in thepm, results ? After cleansing, this is the first product that I put on. It is the consistancy of a serum. Once I put it on I let it dry about 2-3 minutes and then go about my additional skin care regimen. You do not need to add anything else to the eye area but on occasion I do add a little eye cream for hydration before I put on a lightening concealer. Works wonders as it has taken away the alway tired look.Gender: Female

you can use both as I do, yet this Genefique Pearl is very fast in aiding your dark under eye area. So many wish for a fast fix for this time old problem of under eye darkness, my take is to use it, and as i do use it after cleansing, apply the original Genefique, them apply this to the optical bone and it will meet with Genefique resulting in added power in the pm. I would pick my fav Genefique for the am, and use thus saving to many eye steps in the am, a tip i love is to take Color Design eye shadow in a pale matte pink or neutral and apply in the upper outer eye corner and dabb in the inner eye inside the inner corner which lifts and takes the eye area to a more open lifted look, used with either or your fav Lancome eye treatment. BE CREATIVE, AND CREATE A BLEND THAT YOU ENJOY, THIS RESULTS IN FUN USE AND EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS...BEST OF LUYCK. BEAUTY BOYGender: Male
