This stuff is fantastic. It works very well on removing make-up. Mascara is the hardest for me to remove. I don't like to scrub and tug around the sensitive eye area. After I gently shake the bottle to combine the two liquids and apply it to a cotton ball, I remove all make-up and leave my lashes as the last step. I get another cotton ball and saturate it with Bi-Facil. I then gently press it to my lashes for about 45-60 seconds, then wipe and the mascara comes off very easily. I love that your skin feels soft after using this product, not greasy or oily like others. It is quite pricey though.

What a great invention by Lancome! I’ve used Bi-Facil for two months now and absolutely love it. It’s so gentle; wonderful scent, and doesn’t sting my eyes. It works wonderfully with a soft touch, and leaves the skin around my eyes nice and soft. This is a very first eyes-makeup remover I’ve ever used. I never thought it was important to cleanse my eyes separately, but I do now, and I will never use regular makeup remover for my eyes again—it was so painful—yuk!. THANK YOU BI-FACIL!!!!

Not oily at all, remove make-up easily. It leaves a clear and pleasant chilly feeling. My skin is dry and sensitive, and this remover tenders the skin softly. Definitely recommend this to my friends.
