I love everything about this product, however I do wish it came in a larger bottle. I usually purchase the creme Radiance 6.8 oz and Tonique Radiance 13.5, when it's available in those larger bottles, and wish the Bi-Facil was available as well.

I have VERY sensitive skin, and this remover is so gentle. No stinging, no drying, and no tugging--it literally just glides off. I have also noticed a marked improvement in the softness of the skin around my eyes since using this. Definitely recommended!

I have used this product for years, and love it. I have tried other eye make-up removers from other companies over the years (samples or need-right-now purchases), and Bi-Facil remains the best. It removes even the most heavily applied waterproof mascara, with minimal wiping and no irritation to the area. Just wet a cleansing pad with the Bi-Facil, hold on the area a few seconds, then wipe clean. It does leave a slight oily feel, but it is much less than any of the other products I've tried and is easy to remove with a tissue or regular cleansing. I highly recommend this product!

I use this with a q-tip, more efficient than a cotton ball or pad, more direct and uses less liquid. Works great on all makeup, gentle and effective.
