I purchased the serum in the beginning of this past summer. My skin had gotten very dry almost leathery looking. After one week, I was impressed. Three months later my wrinkles on my cheek bones near my eyes have smoothed out. My faced looks soft and subtle. I really can't see doing with out this serum.

Love this product, it feels like silk going on my face. I just ordered my 2nd bottle and ordered the day time solution also. I Love all of the Lancôme Products. They may be a little pricey but well worth it. I have had so many compliments on my skin since I started using. Love , Love love love it.

i love lancome products, this i wanted to try, after cleansing my face i smoothed the ultimate night on my face and automactically i felt a big difference in my skin, wow, i had to laugh because after putting this on i thought, "when i wakeup my skin will look like it did in my 20's" honestly when i woke up my skin was so soft and felt very smooth, just turning 57 i look for products that are good for my skin and do what they say, that is why i trust lancome, thank you to me taking care of your skin and using the right products you can turn back the hands of time....

first this is applied to clean face/throat,
when tacky feeling immediately apply moisturizer of your choice.
The serum then works the very best it can, the moisturizer is driven deep into layers of your skin where it works the best- you get total and complete benefit/ $ worth/ results from your products working together. Try it and see. I use this with Bienfait multi-vital sunscreen for a regular upkeep, feeding/maintance of facial skin. Fine lines, brown spots, dry/oily skin, menopausal skin blemishes disapear and stay gone when treated once a day- daily pays off for results, gotta keep on it though.
Twice a day treatment does start to irrtate skin after a while.
Product smell lightly of old fashion tea roses...
