I got this as a gift with purchased. I usually don't like to use make up remover since I have sensitive eyes. I tried it and LOVED IT! easy to use, do not hurt my eyes at all, just with a small amount I was able to remove tons of water proof make up amazing. Thank you Lancome!

I expected much more of this product. First it is way to expensive for such a small battle and second it doesn't take off easily the makeup.
Would not buy it again.

Takes off every speck, even waterproof, with one cottonball. I use a second damp cottonball just to clear the way for evening treatments. I have tried MANY other products, but this is the magic potion for sure!

Bi-facil is the only eye product I've used for over 8 years. I have very sensitive skin and it does not bother me at all. In fact, my eye area looks better because I use it! This effectively removes all eye make up, including waterproof eyeliner and mascara! One tip is that I always rinse my eye area off with water after using this to avoid the greasy feel.

I love this product. Hands down, it is themmost effective eye makeup remover. I apply some to a cotton square and then just press it to my eye for about 10 seconds to reduce the amount of wiping that I need to do so that I am not harsh on my eyelashes. Voila! All done and sparkling clean eyes. Love it!!!!
