Rated 3 out of 5 by It is ok, not the best, just ok This product is only ok, as other people mentioned I also had problems with clumping after 3 weeks, and with the tube unable to close fully after one month. Too much $$$$ for the product. Lancome used to have the best mascara, but they discontinued my favorite and came up with a new one, that I did not like at all. Well, will keep trying. 10/19/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by I will use Définicils forever… This is probable the best mascara I have ever used in my years of wearing makeup. I thought because I had a high cheek bone to make mascara smear on my upper cheeks, but because I was using those cheap ones all along. The Définicils DOESN’T STAIN on my upper cheeks; it really DEFINES my lashes; it STAYS ON all day long, and most importantly, it’s so EASY TO CLEAN IT OFF even while I’m applying it onto my lashes and it touches my skin, it comes off easily with just a tip of my pinky. It’s also easy to use with the lower lashes, too. Love it! My lashes never looked this good before. I will never go back to use those cheap brand mascaras again EVER!!! I will use Définicils forever… 10/2/12
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice definition - doesn't smudge or flake - comes off when it should First mascara purchase from Lancome was Definicils in black. Here's what I like about it: 1) I have sensitive eyes and this does no tirritate them. 2) The brush is great and makes application a snap. 3) Provides nice definition to lashes. 4) Stays put while you wear it, it doesn't smudge or flake off, but when you want it to come off with cleanser and water, it comes off completely. For what it is, it works very well. I'll purchase Lancome mascara again and next time I may try an option with just a bit more "oomph" to it for drama. But for daily daytime wear, this one is great. 9/5/12
Rated 2 out of 5 by Could be better This mascara has potential if they can stop it from "clumping". For the price they are asking, it definately should not be clumpy! I ordered two and both are the same. I expected better quality from Lancome. 7/26/12
Rated 5 out of 5 by Everything is good ! I am a minimalist when it comes to make-up; not when it comes to lotions and potions though - as my husband says. So, all type of things go on before my make-up, and I notice when using most other brands they smear. I apply mascara before anything else, first, to get an idea of what and how much else I need. Just for reference point, my hair, skin and eyes are very light, my eyelashes and eyebrows without colour are not even noticeable. So, I really like the "lighter brown" that Lancome offers, it just looks better. I also have used their brow colour, in a mascara type wand, for years. It also comes in a light colour and if you are lazy like myself, it looks good and is easy and takes mere moments. 7/20/12
