- After applying Cils Booster XL or Ôscillation Powerbooster.
- Use the multi-faceted mascara brush to apply the creamy formula to lashes. Starting at the base, wiggle the wand, back and forth, to deposit the formula.
- Pull the wand up and through lashes, wiggling as you go. The wiggling part is key: it separates lashes.
- Close your eyes or look down and place the mascara wand on top of lashes at the base and pull through to remove any clumps.
- Result: Fuller, beautifully defined, stronger lashes.
